ReproNim — Reproducible Neuroimaging

Overview

ReproNim is a NIH-funded centre dedicated to improving reproducibility in neuroimaging through tools, training, and standards. It develops NIDM as its primary provenance standard and builds its toolchain on top of BIDS, producing tools that make BIDS-organised datasets computationally re-executable and reproducible across sites and platforms.

Key Tools

  • ReproIn provides BIDS-compatible data acquisition naming at the scanner, ensuring consistent file naming from the point of acquisition.
  • DataLad handles distributed data management and provenance tracking, versioning datasets and recording the computational steps applied to them.
  • ReproMan manages computational environments for consistent and reproducible execution across sites.
  • NIDM-Terms extends NIDM as a shared neuroimaging vocabulary for interoperable metadata annotation.
