ReproNim — Reproducible Neuroimaging

Overview

ReproNim is a NIH-funded centre dedicated to improving reproducibility in neuroimaging through tools, training, and standards. It develops NIDM as its primary provenance standard and builds its toolchain on top of BIDS, producing tools that make BIDS-organised datasets computationally re-executable and reproducible across sites and platforms.

Key Tools

  • ReproIn: BIDS-compatible data acquisition naming at the scanner
  • DataLad: distributed data management and provenance tracking
  • ReproMan: computational environment management for reproducible execution
  • NIDM-Terms: shared neuroimaging vocabulary extending NIDM
