DMPTool

Overview

DMPTool is an open-source web application for creating and sharing data management plans (DMPs), developed by the California Digital Library (CDL) at the University of California. It provides funder-specific templates for US federal agencies including NIH, NSF, and NEH, and is the primary DMP authoring tool for researchers subject to the NIH Open Science Policy. DMPTool is built on the DMPRoadmap platform, shared with DMP Online, and implements the RDA maDMP standard. It integrates with ORCID for researcher identity.
