RDR — Radboud Data Repository

Overview

The Radboud Data Repository (RDR) is the institutional open data repository of Radboud University and Radboud University Medical Centre, launched in January 2021 to provide FAIR-compliant long-term archiving and publication of research data across all Radboud disciplines with persistent DOIs. In November 2023 it absorbed the Donders Repository, the dedicated neuroimaging and electrophysiology archive of the Donders Institute, making it the designated deposit point for all Donders publications. As of 2024 the RDR holds over 800 published collections and applies a mandatory data sharing policy across Radboud research institutes.

Access

Datasets carry individual access conditions set by the depositing researcher, ranging from fully open to registered access with a data use agreement, to closed archiving for scientific integrity. Browse and search access to metadata is publicly available without registration. Open datasets are freely downloadable without an account. Restricted datasets require registration and approval of a data use agreement.
